Inleiding
BOERDERIJ van oorsprong 18de eeuws en gebouwd volgens het hallehuis-type met middenlangsdeel. In de tweede helft van de 19de eeuw onderging het pand diverse aanpassingen en werd onder meer de achtergevel aangepast en voorzien van een baander in het vlak van de gevel. De boerderij is in 1969 tot woonhuis gerestaureerd met bijzondere aandacht voor de 18de eeuwse toestand. De na-oorlogse bijgebouwen vallen buiten de bescherming.
Omschrijving
Boerderij met constructie van ankerbalkgebinten en gevels in baksteen opgetrokken en gedekt door een afgewolfd rietdak met gevlochten nok; schoorsteen in de nok. Woonhuis met 28-ruits ramen met kalf en luiken voor het onderlicht; opgeklampte deur met 12-ruits bovenlicht; staafankers; enkele 4-ruits ramen (waaronder twee zolderramen). Schuurgevels met getoogde stalvensters en (tot raam verbouwde) mestdeuren; diepliggende baander in de achtergevel.

FARMHOUSE originally 18th century and built according to the hall-house type with central longitudinal section. In the second half of the 19th century the building underwent various modifications and among other things the rear facade was adapted and provided with a baander in the plane of the facade. The farmhouse was restored to a residential house in 1969 with particular attention to the 18th century condition. The post-war outbuildings fall outside the protection.

Farmhouse with construction of tie-beam frames and facades built up in brick and covered by a curved thatched roof with braided ridge; chimney in the ridge. Residential house with 28-pane windows with calf and shutters for the lower light; nailed door with 12-pane fanlight; staafankers; some 4-pane windows (including two attic windows). Barn gables with slightly arched stable windows and (converted to window) manure doors; deep-set baander in the rear facade.
