Inleiding
BOERDERIJ met SCHAAPSKOOI in oorsprong 18de eeuws. Boerderij van het hallehuis-type met middenlangsdeel en een daarbij passende schaapskooi als zogenaamde staart. De boerderij werd in de tweede helft van de negentiende eeuw aangepast waarbij de achtergevel een baander kreeg in het vlak van de achtergevel en waarbij het woonhuis deels werd ommetseld en er onder meer licht getoogde 6-ruits schuiframen werden aangebracht. Rond 1968 werd de boerderij tot woonhuis gerestaureerd met bijzondere aandacht voor de 18de eeuwse toestand. De achtergevel (zuidzijde) is van ondergeschikt belang vanwege een afwijkende invulling.
Omschrijving
Boerderij en schaapskooi. Boerderij met constructie van ankerbalkgebinten (in het woonhuis een gedeelte met onderslagbalk-constructie), opgebouwd uit baksteen en gedekt door een afgewolfd rietdak; een steil dakschild met overstek aan de kopse kant; gevlochten nok; schoorsteen in de nok. Woonhuis met in de noordgevel drie 24-ruits ramen met vast kalf; opgeklampte deur met bovenlicht. Kopse gevel met vakwerk bestaande uit eerste gebint met tussenliggende stijlen en een uitkraaghout en uitkraagschoor-constructie waarop het steile dakschild rust; vlechting en stroomlagen; twee houten kruisvensters met glas-in-lood in de bovenlichten alsmede een opgeklampte deur. Aan de achterzijde een diepliggende baander met in de zijwanden staldeuren; schuurgevels met kleine stalvensters. Aangebouwde schaapskooi met ankerbalkgebinten en een houten gevelopbouw, deels voorzien van strobekleding en gedekt door een met riet belegd schilddak.

FARMHOUSE with SHEEP SHELTER originally 18th century. Farmhouse of the hall-house type with central longitudinal section and an associated sheep shelter as a so-called tail. The farmhouse was adapted in the second half of the nineteenth century whereby the rear facade received a baander in the plane of the rear facade and whereby the residential house was partly re-mortared and among other things slightly arched 6-pane sash windows were added. Around 1968 the farmhouse was restored as a residential house with particular attention to the 18th century condition. The rear facade (south side) is of subordinate significance due to a deviant infill.
Description
Farmhouse and sheep shelter. Farmhouse with construction of tie-beam frames (in the residential house a section with underlay-beam construction), built up in brick and covered by a curved thatched roof; a steep roof slope with overhang on the gable end; braided ridge; chimney in the ridge. Residential house with three 24-pane windows with fixed calf in the north facade; nailed door with fanlight. Gable end with timber framing consisting of first timber frame with intermediate posts and a cantilever beam and cantilever brace construction on which the steep roof slope rests; wattle work and strut layers; two wooden cross windows with glass-in-lead in the fanlights as well as a nailed door. On the rear side a deep-set baander with barn doors in the side walls; barn gables with small stable windows. Attached sheep shelter with tie-beam frames and a wooden facade construction, partly provided with straw cladding and covered by a hipped roof tiled with thatch.
Evaluation
