Inleiding
BOERDERIJ met jongere stookhut (ca.1900?), gebouwd in 1862 (volgens ankerjaartal) en behorend tot het hallehuistype met zijbaanders aan weerskanten (wijzend op de vroegere functie van cafe). De zuidgevel van de schuur is gewijzigd en voor de bescherming van ondergeschikt belang. Het oorspronkelijke rietdak is overdekt door golfplaten. De bijschuren vallen buiten de bescherming.
Omschrijving
Boerderij in baksteen opgetrokken met een constructie van ankerbalkgebinten en gedekt door een afgewolfd (inmiddels met golfplaten bedekt) rietdak met aan een der zijden enkele rijen pannen onderlangs; twee schoorstenen. Gevelopbouw met gepleisterde plint, gemetselde opbouw, staafankers en licht getoogde 6-ruits schuiframen met strekken. Oostgevel met twee kelderramen met diefijzers en afgedekt door een rollaag; opkamer met twee 4-ruits ramen met strekken. Symmetrisch ingedeelde voorgevel met ankerjaartal 1862 en een gebombeerde paneeldeur; bovenlicht met oorspronkelijke roedeverdeling (smalle ruit rondom; groot licht in het midden). Westzijde met een gekoppeld 6-ruits raam.
Schuurgevel met voor de krimp geplaatste baanders met loopdeuren; westelijke zijgevel met gietijzeren rondboog vensters; oostgevel met mestdeuren en rondboog stalvensters. In baksteen opgetrokken stookhut onder met pannen belegd zadeldak; windveren; staafankers; gietijzeren rondboogvensters; deur.

Facade construction with plastered plinth, brick structure, staple anchors and slightly arched 6-pane sash windows with stone lintels. East facade with two basement windows with burglar bars and covered by a plinth course; upstairs room with two 4-pane windows with lintels. Symmetrically arranged front facade with carpenter's mark 1862 and a bombé panel door; fanlight with original glazing bars (narrow pane around; large light in the centre). West side with a coupled 6-pane window.
Barn facade with loading bays placed for shrinkage with walk-through doors; western side facade with cast-iron round-arch windows; east facade with dung doors and round-arch stable windows. Built in brick stove room covered with a gabled roof laid with pans; wind braces; staple anchors; cast-iron round-arch windows; door.
