Inleiding
BOERDERIJ 't Muldert gebouwd in 1864 door de familie Lanting. De boerderij is een voorbeeld van het zogenaamde landherentype met een groot voorhuis en een ruim opgezette schuur. Het woonhuis heeft enkele wijzigingen ondergaan (vergroting zolderramen; toevoeging terrasdeuren; vernieuwde gootlijst). De schuur is vooral van belang vanwege de bijzondere 5-beukige opbouw.
Omschrijving
Boerderij bestaande uit woonhuis en schuur. Het woonhuis is op rechthoekige grondslag gebaseerd en in baksteen opgetrokken. De twee bouwlagen worden gedekt door een schilddak belegd met een geglazuurde platte friese pan; schoorstenen met kappen. Gevelopbouw in metselwerk, vensters met strekken en natuurstenen vensterbanken; licht getoogde 6-ruits schuiframen en 2-ruits zolderramen (die aan de west en zuidzijde zijn vergroot); staafankers. De voorgevel heeft een risaliserende opbouw met gemetselde hoekpilasters en een middenrisaliet; de centraal geplaatste (aangepaste) entree heeft een houten deuromlijsting in classicistische trant. De noordgevel heeft een entree met bovenlicht en een kelderraam met diefijzers.
Schuur van het langsdeeltype in baksteen opgetrokken met een bijzondere constructie van hoofdgebinten met zijgebinten waardoor een 5-beukige plattegrond ontstaat. De schuur wordt gedekt door een afgewolfd rietdak. Voorgevel schuur met korfboogvormige baander met loopdeur; links van de deur een gietijzeren rondboogvenster met natuurstenen vensterbank; boven de baander twee halfronde gietijzeren zolderramen; rechts van de baander een licht getoogd venster; staafankers; geschulpte windveer. De zijgevels zijn deels in afgewogen stijl aangepast. De zuidelijke zijgevel bevat getoogde 6-ruits stalvensters; het verhoogde gevelveld heeft gekoppelde 6-ruits ramen; een deur met bovenlicht en zijlicht en een deur met bovenlicht.

The two storeys are covered by a hipped roof laid with glazed flat Frisian pans; chimneys with caps. Facade construction in brickwork, windows with stone lintels and natural stone sills; slightly arched 6-pane sash windows and 2-pane attic windows (which have been enlarged on the west and south sides); staple anchors. The front facade has a projecting structure with moulded corner pilasters and a central projection; the centrally placed (adapted) entrance has a wooden door surround in classical style. The north facade has an entrance with fanlight and a basement window with burglar bars.
Barn of the long-section type built in brick with a distinctive structure of main trusses with side trusses creating a 5-aisle ground plan. The barn is covered by a curved thatched roof. Front facade of barn with corbel arch-shaped loading doorway with walk-through door; to the left of the door a cast-iron round-arch window with natural stone sill; above the loading doorway two semicircular cast-iron attic windows; to the right of the loading doorway a slightly arched window; staple anchors; carved wind brace. The side facades are partly adapted in a restrained style. The southern side facade contains arched 6-pane stable windows; the raised facade section has coupled 6-pane windows; a door with fanlight and side light and a door with fanlight.
