Inleiding
KOETSHUIS, gebouwd omstreeks 1915 in opdracht van P.A. Camphuis in Overgangsarchitectuur met enige verwijzing naar de Art Nouveau en het werk van K.P.C. de Bazel. Uitgesloten van bescherming is het eenvoudige tussenlid naar de boerenschuur. Omschrijving Vrijstaand koetshuis gebouwd op rechthoekig grondplan. Het geheel wordt gedekt door een met riet gedekt schilddak; riet gedekte dakruiter met uurwerk. Overstekondervangen door opengewerkte houten klossen. Dakkapel in noordelijk en oostelijdakvlak. Gevelindeling bepaald door gemetselde plint met afzaten, bepleisterde gevels, natuurstenen elementen, ramen met scheef ingezette natuurstenen vensterbanken; lateien en segmentboogvormige rollaag. Grote inrijdeuren met zijlichten. De westgevel heeft (nieuwe) staldeuren met bovenlicht. INTERIEUR deels oorspronkelijk met onder meer een lambrizering van geglazuurde tegels.

Introduction
COACH HOUSE, built around 1915 on behalf of P.A. Camphuis in Transitional architecture with some reference to Art Nouveau and the work of K.P.C. de Bazel. Excluded from protection is the simple connecting section to the farmyard barn. Description Free-standing coach house built on a rectangular ground plan. The whole is covered by a thatch-covered hipped roof; thatch-covered roof cupola with clockwork. Overhang supported by open-worked wooden brackets. Roof dormer in north and east roof plane. Facade composition determined by mortared base course with drip moulding, plastered facades, natural stone elements, windows with obliquely set natural stone window sills; lintels and segment-arch shaped roll course. Large carriage doors with side lights. The west facade has (new) stable doors with fanlight. INTERIOR partly original with among other things cladding of glazed tiles.
