Omschrijving onderdeel 3:
Inleiding
SCHUUR, gebouwd omstreeks 1915 in Overgangsarchitectuur in opdracht van P.A. Camphuis. Uitgesloten van bescherming zijn: de uitbreiding met ligboxenstal aan zuidkant; het tussenlid naar het koetshuis en de platte aanbouw aan de oostgevel.
Omschrijving Vrijstaande schuur gebouwd op rechthoekig grondplan en gedekt door een aan de zuidzijde inzwenkend zadeldak belegd met muldenpan (oorspronkelijk mogelijk met riet); dakkapellen met lessenaardak aan noordzijde. De topgevels hebben een houtbetimmering en open gewerkte houten klossen. De gevelopbouw wordt bepaald door een gemetselde basis met geglazuurde afzaten, gepleisterde gevels, ramen met scheef ingezette natuurstenen vensterbanken en houten kozijnen. Dakkapellen met zolderdeuren met kleine ruitindeling en rondboog bovenlicht met roedeverdeling; zijwanden bekleed met leien.

Introduction
BARN, built around 1915 in Transitional architecture on behalf of P.A. Camphuis. Excluded from protection are: the extension with lying-stall cowshed on the south side; the connecting section to the coach house and the flat extension on the east facade.
Description Free-standing barn built on a rectangular ground plan and covered by a gabled roof sagging on the south side and laid with pantiles (originally possibly thatched); roof dormers with skillion roof on the north side. The gable ends have wooden boarding and open-worked wooden brackets. The facade composition is determined by a mortared base course with glazed drip moulding, plastered facades, windows with obliquely set natural stone window sills and wooden frames. Roof dormers with attic doors with small pane divisions and semi-circular fanlight with glazing bars; side walls clad with slate.
