Omschrijving.
Conciergewoning, bestaande uit begane grond en verdieping onder een zadeldak met wolfseind. Het dak is gedekt met leien en wordt aan de voorkant bekroond door een piron. De bakstenen muren zijn voorzien van natuurstenen banden en waterlijsten. Voor de top van de voorgevel zijn houten briefpanelen aangebracht, waarin een kloosterkozijn met luik met zandlopermotief. De vensters op de begane grond en verdieping bezitten houten, halve kruiskozijnen en bovenlichten met roedeverdeling. Boven de vensters zijn geblokte ontlastingsbogen en strekken aangebracht. De ingang bevindt zich in een portaaluitbouw met houten verdieping onder een lessenaarsdak tegen de rechterzijgevel. De achtergevel is een trapgevel en voorzien van een balkon met houten balustrade op de verdieping. Waardering.

Caretaker's house, consisting of ground floor and first floor beneath a gabled roof with half-hipped roof. The roof is covered with slate and is crowned at the front by a roof ridge tile. The brick walls are furnished with natural stone bands and drip moulding. In front of the top of the front facade wooden letter boards have been installed, in which a cloister window with shutter with hourglass motif. The entrance is located in a portico extension with wooden first floor beneath a catslide roof against the right side facade.
