Vrijgelegen dubbele woning in overgangsarchitectuur uit 1905-1907 bedoeld voor functionarissen van de Tweede Gemeentelijke Gasfabriek op rechthoekige plattegrond, bestaande uit twee bouwlagen en kapverdieping onder een met pannen gedekte, samengestelde kap. Het geheel is zes vensterassen breed, voor iedere woning drie vensterassen. De in schoon metselwerk opgetrokken gevels worden verlevendigd met gebeeldhouwde gevelbekroningen en vensterbogen van rode verblendsteen en verblendstenen sierbanden. De houten schuifvensters hebben bovenlichten met kleine roedeverdeling. De buitenste vensterassen van de voorgevel zijn als risalieten behandeld en worden bekroond door puntgevels. In deze vensterassen zijn de ingangen opgenomen; deuren met Art Nouveau siertraliewerk. De tuin wordt ter weerszijden van de in de rooilijn gelegen dubbele woning van de straat gescheiden door gemetselde tuinmuren uit de bouwtijd in dezelfde stijl als de dubbele woning. Waardering.

Detached semi-detached dwelling in transitional architecture from 1905-1907 intended for officials of the Second Municipal Gas Factory on a rectangular plan, consisting of two storeys and an attic storey beneath a pantile-covered composite roof. The whole is six window bays wide, three window bays for each dwelling. The facades, constructed in ashlar masonry, are enlivened with sculptured gable finials and window arches of red facing brick and facing brick ornamental bands. The wooden sash windows have fanlights with small glazing bars. The outer window bays of the front facade are treated as projections and are crowned by gabled roofs. The entrances are incorporated in these window bays; doors with Art Nouveau ornamental lattice work. The garden is separated on either side of the semi-detached dwelling located at the building line from the street by brick garden walls from the period of construction in the same style as the semi-detached dwelling.
