Omschrijving.
Door een tuin omgeven, vrijstaande voormalige directeurswoning in overgangsarchitectuur uit 1905-1907 op rechthoekige plattegrond bestaande uit twee bouwlagen en kapverdieping onder een met pannen gedekte, samengestelde kap, waarop gemetselde sierschoorstenen. De in schoon metselwerk opgetrokken gevels worden verlevendigd door gebeeldhouwde gevelbekroningen en hoekornamenten, vensterbogen van rode verblendsteen en sierbanden van oranje steen. Tegen de rechter zijgevel is het trappenhuis uitgebouwd; tegen de linker zijgevel bevindt zich een houten serre met balcon. De houten schuifvensters bezitten bovenlichten met kleine roedeverdeling. De tuin wordt van de straat gescheiden door een tuinhek met hekpijlers uit de bouwtijd. Waardering.

Detached former director's residence surrounded by a garden, in transitional architecture from 1905-1907 on a rectangular plan, consisting of two storeys and an attic storey beneath a pantile-covered composite roof topped with brick ornamental chimneys. The facades, constructed in ashlar masonry, are enlivened by sculptured gable finials and corner ornaments, window arches of red facing brick and ornamental bands of orange brick. Against the right side gable is an extension housing the staircase; against the left side gable is a wooden conservatory with balcony. The wooden sash windows have fanlights with small glazing bars. The garden is separated from the street by a garden gate with gate piers from the period of construction. Valuation.
Former director's residence with garden gate of architectural-historical importance as a valuable example of transitional architecture and of importance as part of the complex of the former Second Municipal Gas Factory.
