Omschrijving
BOERDERIJ GROOT BINGERDEN. In rode baksteen opgetrokken boerderij uit 1884 onder met rode pannen gedekt afgeknot schilddak, met centraal aan de achter(oost-)zijde een rode bakstenen deel uit 1914 onder met zwarte pannen gedekt zadeldak met wolfseind. De kozijnen van de vensters van de boerderij zwenken aan de bovenzijde naar opzij en aan de zijkanten naar onderen rechthoekig uit. De boerderij ontstond door een verbouwing van een alhier geplaatst koetshuis, die wederom wellicht ter plekke van een oude hofstede Oud Bingerden was gesitueerd.
Voor(west-)gevel: in vier traveeën gelede gevelpartij met vier schuifvensters met 3-ruitsindeling. De gevel wordt door een kroonlijst (met simaaslijst) afgesloten, die aan de andere gevels van de boerderij omgaat. Rechter gevel: aan de linker zijde een venster als aan de voorgevel en rechts een deur met enkel-ruits bovenlicht. Boven de deurpartij een hardstenen plakette met de tekst: "Groot Bingerden 1884". Linker gevel: twee vensters als aan de voorgevel. Noordgevel van de deel: zes brede vensters met 3-ruitsindeling. Zuidgevel: identieke vensterindeling als aan noordgevel.

Description
FARM GROOT BINGERDEN. Farm built in red brick from 1884 beneath a truncated hipped roof covered with red tiles, with centrally on the rear (east) side a red brick section from 1914 beneath a gabled roof covered with black tiles with half-hipped roof. The frames of the windows of the farm slope outwards at the top and to the sides downwards at right angles. The farm was created by a conversion of a coach house placed here, which in turn perhaps stood on the site of an old homestead Oud Bingerden.
Front (west) gable: gable section divided into four bays with four sash windows with 3-pane division. The gable is closed by a cornice (with sima moulding), which runs around the other gables of the farm. Right gable: on the left side a window as on the front gable and on the right a door with single-pane fanlight. Above the door section a stone plaque with the text: "Groot Bingerden 1884". Left gable: two windows as on the front gable. North gable of the barn: six wide windows with 3-pane division. South gable: identical window division as on north gable.
