Inleiding.
Villa in eclectische stijl, gebouwd in l88l-l882 naar ontwerp van W.B. van Liefland. Het op een L-vormige plattegrond opgetrokken pand is omgeven door een tuin.
Omschrijving.
De vrijstaande villa bestaat uit een parterre, een hoge verdieping en een kapverdieping in het samengestelde mansardedak, dat met leien is gedekt. De gevels vertonen een beschilderde en, aan de voorzijde gebosseerde bepleistering. Het linker gedeelte, ter breedte van twee vensterassen, springt naar voren; het terugliggende rechter deel, een travee breed, is op de begane grond naar voren uitgebouwd en wordt gedekt door een hoog tentdak. De voordeur met panelen en siertraliewerk bevindt zich in een uitbouw tegen de rechter zijgevel. Tegen de voorgevel van het linker gedeelte bevindt zich een uit 1911 daterende driezijdig uitgebouwde, houten veranda met houten balustrades en balkon. In de kap van het linker deel is een dakkapel met twee rondboogvensters en een gebogen fronton; voor het tentdak van het teruggelegen rechter deel van de voorgevel staat een opzetstuk met blinde oculus en gebogen fronton.
