Herenhuis uit 1925 gebouwd volgens de principes van het Nieuwe Bouwen, waarin elementen die kenmerkend zijn voor de architectuur van Frank Lloyd Wright zijn terug te vinden. De kubistische wijze van bouwen kenmerkt zich door sobere bakstenen muurvlakken waarbij betonnen gevelbanden, vensterbanken, uitkragende luifels en dakoverstekken een horizontale geleding geven. Het in de architectuur opgenomen schoorsteenkanaal zorgt voor een speels verticaal element in de compositie.
Het pand telt drie bouwlagen onder een plat dak en is opgetrokken in schoon metselwerk met natuurstenen banden. De vloerplaten van de erkers, balkons en de luifels zijn uit gewapend beton samengesteld. De vensters zijn van staal.
