DUBBELE DIENSTWONING behorend tot het stadioncomplex en gesitueerd langs de Stadiongracht, waarbij de zuidgevels deels zijn geïntegreerd met de kademuur; opgetrokken in baksteen op onregelmatige plattegrond met een tot twee bouwlagen onder een samenstel van met zwarte pannen gedekte schilddaken en steil lessenaarsdak aan de westzijde bij nummer 32, en van platte daken bij nummer 34, met op de noordoosthoek een smalle hoog opgemetselde schoorsteenpartij en een vierkante schoorsteen aan de zuidzijde bij het middenblok, dat aan de noordzijde door een verspringende muur wordt afgesloten.
Beide woningen hebben nog de oorspronkelijke door Wils gedetailleerde houten entreedeuren; bij nummer 32 bevindt de ingang zich in het door een overstekend schilddak overhuifde portiek in de noordelijke dwarsarm; nummer 34 heeft een uitgebouwd ingangsportaal onder licht overstekend luifeldak, waaronder horizontale bovenlichten aansluiten. Voorts heeft de dubbele dienstwoning - naast de bij monumentnummer 451647 genoemde kenmerken - een verticale vensterstrook in de oostgevel van het middenblok, dat aan de noordzijde een verticale tandlijst heeft tussen de twee aan twee geplaatste vensters, een uitgebouwd balkon boven de Stadiongracht aan de zuidzijde met rechts een teruggerooide reeks horizontale bovenlichten en bovenaan in het middenblok een bij de hoek omgezette reeks vensters met horizontale onderverdeling.

Description
DOUBLE SERVICE DWELLING belonging to the stadium complex and situated along the Stadiongracht, whereby the southern facades are partly integrated with the quay wall; constructed in brick on an irregular ground plan with one to two storeys under a set of hipped roofs covered with black tiles and a steep lean-to roof on the west side at number 32, and flat roofs at number 34, with a narrow high-built chimney stack on the north-east corner and a square chimney on the south side at the central block, which is closed off on the north side by a recessed wall.
Both dwellings still have the original wooden entrance doors detailed by Wils; at number 32 the entrance is located in the porch in the northern cross arm, covered by an overhanging hipped roof; number 34 has a built-out entrance portal under a slightly overhanging canopy roof, below which horizontal fanlights connect. Furthermore, the double service dwelling - in addition to the features mentioned at monument number 451647 - has a vertical window strip in the east facade of the central block, which has a vertical toothed cornice on the north side between windows placed two by two, a built-out balcony above the Stadiongracht on the south side with to the right a recessed series of horizontal fanlights and at the top in the central block a series of windows turned at the corner with horizontal glazing bars.
