Vroeg 19e eeuws pand van twee bouwlagen en een kap loodrecht op de werf.
Dit gebouw heeft evenals beide buurhuizen een beganegrond met een opslagfunctie. De eerste verdieping en zolder dienden tot woning. Het huis heeft nog volledig zijn oorspronkelijke opzet, op de doorbrekingen naar de buurpanden na. Het casco bestaat uit enkelvoudige grenen balklagen en een gordingenkap met grenen gebinten. De gevel is duidelijk gebouwd in samenhang met de beide buurpanden, slechts de verdiepingen vallen uit de toon. Het is mogelijk dat het pand is gebouwd gelijktijdig met de samenvoeging met de beide buurpanden en het aan de Twijnstraat gelegen pand.
Het gebouw is vooral belangrijk door de samenhang met de beide, iets oudere, buurpanden.

Description
Early 19th century property with two storeys and a roof perpendicular to the yard.
This building, like both neighbouring houses, has a ground floor with a storage function. The first floor and attic served as living quarters. The house has completely retained its original layout, except for the openings towards the neighbouring properties. The casco consists of simple pine beam layers and a girder roof with pine trusses. The facade was clearly built in connection with both neighbouring properties, only the floors stand out. It is possible that the property was built simultaneously with the joining of both neighbouring properties and the property situated on the Twijnstraat.
The building is particularly important because of its connection with both, slightly older, neighbouring properties.
