Omschrijving
Een 17e eeuws hoekhuis bestaand uit twee bouwlagen, een schilddak loodrecht op de straat en een kelder.
Dit huis vormde in de 17e eeuw een zogenaamd driekwart-huis, in welke gedaante het voorkomt op het schilderij "Het afdanken van de waardgelders op de Neude" van Pauwels van Hillegaert (1595-1640) uit 1622.
Het 17e eeuwse huis heeft een middeleeuwse voorganger gehad, hetgeen tot uiting komt in de kelder en de zijgevels.
De kelder heeft troggewelven op balken tussen gordelbogen. Het verdere casco, met name de moer- en kinderbalklagen met sleutelstukken, uitgezonderd de kap is nog van de 17e eeuwse situatie.
De voorgevel is in de 19e eeuw vervangen, gelijktijdig met de verbouwing van de kap. In de voorgevel bevindt zich een 19e eeuwse houten winkelpui. De achtergevel is een afgeknotte tuitgevel.

Description
A 17th-century corner building consisting of two storeys, a hipped roof perpendicular to the street and a basement.
This building formed in the 17th century a so-called three-quarter house, in which form it appears in the painting "The Disbanding of the Waardgelders on the Neude" by Pauwels van Hillegaert (1595-1640) from 1622.
The 17th-century house had a medieval predecessor, which is evident in the basement and the side gables.
The basement has segmental vaults on beams between transverse arches. The remainder of the structural shell, in particular the principal and secondary beam layers with key pieces, excepting the roof, is still of the 17th-century situation.
The front facade was replaced in the 19th century, at the same time as the conversion of the roof. In the front facade is a 19th-century wooden shop frontage. The rear gable is a truncated spout gable.
The building is important as a converted 17th-century three-quarter house.
