Omschrijving
Een vrijwel gaaf bewaard 17e eeuws pand, bestaande uit twee bouwlagen met kap, loodrecht op de straat, en een kleine kelder met tongewelf.
Het betreft hier naar alle waarschijnlijkheid een van origine middeleeuws driekwarthuis waarvan de houten voorgevel door een stenen is vervangen. Het pand is in opzet vergelijkbaar met de panden Predikherenstraat 5 en 9.
De balklagen met sleutelstukken op beganegrond en verdieping zijn nog aanwezig.
De kap is grotendeels gaaf bewaard. De voorgevel is in 1974 gerestaureerd.
Het pand is van bouwhistorisch belang en van belang als voorbeeld van eenvoudige woonhuisarchitectuur.

Description
A virtually intact 17th century property, consisting of two storeys with roof, perpendicular to the street, and a small cellar with barrel vault.
This is in all likelihood a medieval three-quarter house of origin, of which the wooden front facade was replaced by a stone one. The property is in layout comparable to the properties at Predikherenstraat 5 and 9.
The beam layers with keystones on the ground floor and first floor are still present.
The roof is largely intact. The front facade was restored in 1974.
The property is important from a construction history perspective and significant as an example of simple residential architecture.
