Omschrijving
Een vrijwel gaaf bewaard 17e eeuws pand, bestaande uit twee bouwlagen met kap, loodrecht op de straat, en een kleine kelder met tongewelf.
Het betreft hier naar alle waarschijnlijkheid een van origine middeleeuws driekwarthuis waarvan de houten voorgevel door een stenen is vervangen. Het pand is in opzet vergelijkbaar met de panden Predikherenstraat 7 en 9.
De balklagen met sleutelstukken op beganegrond en verdieping zijn nog aanwezig.
Voorts bevindt zich op de verdieping een kleine hangschouw.
De kap is vernieuwd en de voorgevel is in 1974 gerestaureerd.
Het pand is van bouwhistorisch belang en van belang als voorbeeld van eenvoudige woonhuisarchitectuur.

Description
A relatively well-preserved 17th century building, consisting of two storeys with roof perpendicular to the street and a small cellar with barrel vault.
This is almost certainly an originally medieval three-quarter house of which the wooden front facade has been replaced by a stone one. The building is in layout comparable to the buildings Predikherenstraat 7 and 9.
The beam layers with keypieces on ground floor and first floor are still present.
Furthermore, on the first floor there is a small hanging chimney-piece.
The roof has been renewed and the front facade was restored in 1974.
The building is of building-historical importance and of importance as an example of simple domestic architecture.
