Omschrijving
Een 17e eeuws huis met een kelder, twee bouwlagen en een zadeldak loodrecht op de straat.
Het huis werd gebouwd op de plaats van een middeleeuwse voorganger, waarvan de kelders en muurwerk nog aanwezig zijn. Opvallend is dat de voorkelder duidelijk smaller is dan de achterkelder. Dit kan samenhangen met een steeg die in de 17e eeuw in het huis is opgenomen. De beide kelders zijn gedekt met een tongewelf. In de voorste kelder is nog de ,mogelijk middeleeuwse, stenen trap naar de beganegrond aanwezig.
De, eiken, kap met krommers en de moer- en kinderbalklagen met sleutelstukken is nog geheel 17e eeuws. Op zolder is het linker dakvlak aan de achterzijde ongeveer 20 cm opgetild, waarbij de oorspronkelijke, gezien het onderliggende metselwerk mogelijk middeleeuwse, muurplaat aanwezig bleef.
De achtergevel is een eenvoudige tuitgevel met een raamkozijn waarboven een iets verdiept boogveld. De voorgevel is in de 19e eeuw voorzien van de huidige ingezwenkte halsgevel en houten onderpui.
Dit huis is van belang als vrijwel compleet 17e eeuws eenvoudig woonhuis met belangrijke middeleeuwse delen.

Description
A 17th-century house with a cellar, two storeys and a gabled roof perpendicular to the street.
The house was built on the site of a medieval predecessor, of which the cellars and walls are still present. Striking is that the front cellar is clearly narrower than the rear cellar. This may be connected with an alley which was incorporated into the house in the 17th century. Both cellars are covered with a barrel vault. In the front cellar the (possibly medieval) stone staircase to the ground floor is still present.
The oak roof with curved braces and the principal and secondary floor beams with keyed joints is still entirely 17th-century. On the upper storey the left roof panel at the rear is raised approximately 20 cm, whereby the original, given the underlying masonry possibly medieval, wall plate remained.
The rear facade is a simple spout gable with a window frame above which is a slightly recessed arch field. The front facade was provided in the 19th century with the present inverted neck gable and wooden ground-storey shop front.
This house is important as an almost completely 17th-century simple dwelling house with important medieval components.
