Omschrijving
In oorsprong middeleeuws pand met eenvoudige Lodewijk XVI - gevel, bestaande uit twee bouwlagen en een zadeldak met wolfseinden loodrecht op de straat.
Het vijf vakken diepe pand stamt uit de 15e eeuw en onderging in het laatste kwart van de 18e eeuw grote wijzigingen waarvan het grootste deel van de achtergevel met vlechtingen en de gehele voorgevel stammen. Deze voorgevel staat zeer scheef voor het huis. Hij suggereert drie bouwlagen en is drie traveeën breed. De forse kroonlijst heeft gesneden consoles.
Het pand heeft slechts achterin een kelder, met een gedrukt kruisgewelf rustend op een vierkante peiler. De gang rechts is niet onderkelderd en heeft karakter van een vanouds onderbouwde gang, uitkomend onder een smalle 19e-eeuwse aanbouw, aansluitend bij de verdieping.
De moerbalken boven de beganegrond hebben enige sleutelstukken bewaard. Deze hebben een peerkraalmotief met aansluitend aan de onderzijde een groef overdwars. De zijden hebben een overhoekse afschuining, naar voren en naar achteren gestopt.
Het pand heeft links achter een restant van een ozendrop bewaard.
Het pand is van bouwhistorisch belang en van eenvoudige, harmonische architectuur.

Description
Originally medieval property with simple Louis XVI facade, consisting of two storeys and a gabled roof with half-hipped ends perpendicular to the street.
The five bays deep property dates from the 15th century and underwent major modifications in the last quarter of the 18th century, of which the greater part of the rear facade with wattle and the entire front facade originate. This front facade stands very askew for the house. It suggests three storeys and is three bays wide. The substantial cornice has carved consoles.
The property has only at the rear a cellar, with a compressed cross vault resting on a square pier. The passage on the right is not cellaraged and has the character of an anciently underbuild passage, emerging under a narrow 19th-century extension, adjoining the floor level.
The collar beams above the ground floor have preserved some keypieces. These have a pear-pearl motif with adjoining a groove underneath crosswise. The sides have an oblique bevelling, stopped forward and backward.
The property has retained on the left at the rear a remnant of an oxen drop.
The property is of building-historical importance and of simple, harmonious architecture.
