Omschrijving
Een 17e eeuws hoekpand met de nok loodrecht op de springweg.
Het pand bestaat uit een haast vierkant deel op de hoek van de Springweg en de Walsteeg en een smaller deel daarachter, dat naar het noorden later uitgebreid werd door het volbouwen van een plaatsje. Voor- en achterdeel en een deel van het plaatsje zijn onder het zelfde zadeldak (met voorschild) gebracht.
Vermoedelijk gaat het om een voor- en een achterhuis, hoewel het niet uitgesloten is dat beide delen oorspronkelijk zelfstandig waren.
Het voorhuis heeft een lijstgevel die drie bouwlagen suggereert, twee traveeën breed is (de vensters hebben bovenin afgeronde hoeken) en heeft een oude pui met een 17e eeuwse geprofileerde puibalk, waarboven de gevel met ongeveer 10 cm overkraagt.
Het achterhuis heeft een wat hogere kelder dan het voorhuis. Op de beganegrond staat tegen de achtergevel een -beschadigde- 18e eeuwse schouw. Rechts voor in het achterhuis staat de 17e eeuwse eiken spiltrap die doorgaat tot op de zolder, geprofileerde treden heeft en een opgelegde leuning op de spil, die met een achtkantige knop bekroond is. De balklaag boven de verdieping van het achterhuis heeft 17e eeuwse sleutelstukken.
Het huis is van architectonische en bouwhistorische waarde.

Description
A 17th century corner property with the ridge perpendicular to Springweg.
The property consists of an almost square part at the corner of Springweg and Walsteeg and a narrower part behind, which was later extended to the north by building over a small courtyard. Front and rear parts and part of the courtyard are brought under the same gabled roof (with front hipped section).
Presumably it concerns a front and rear house, although it cannot be ruled out that both parts were originally independent.
The front house has a cornice-topped facade which suggests three storeys, is two bays wide (the windows have rounded corners at the top) and has an old frontage with a 17th century moulded frontage beam, above which the facade projects by approximately 10 cm.
The rear house has a somewhat higher cellar than the front house. On the ground floor against the rear facade stands a damaged 18th century chimney. To the right at the front of the rear house stands the 17th century oak spiral stair which continues to the attic, has moulded steps and an applied handrail on the spindle, crowned with an octagonal knob. The beam layer above the upper floor of the rear house has 17th century keystones.
The house is of architectural and architectural-historical value.
