Omschrijving
Middeleeuws "complex" huis van bescheiden formaat, bestaande uit een voor en achterhuis met twee bouwlagen en een kap. Het achterhuis heeft een kelder.
Het gebied rond de Springweg had van oorsprong een voornaam karakter. Dit allure ging verloren, waarna het lang door een bescheiden karakter werd gekenmerkt. Visscherssteeg 11/13 behoord nog tot het tijdperk van de allure.
Het voorhuis is drie vakken breed met middeleeuwse moer- en kinderbalklagen. Zowel op de beganegrond als op de verdieping zijn peerkraalsleutelstukken aanwezig. Een uitzondering hierop vormen de sleutelstukken aan de voorzijde op de verdieping die rond 1600 zijn vervangen. Iets verschoven ten opzichte van het voorhuis staat het twee vakken diepe achterhuis. Dit deel is onderkelderd, waardoor de vloeren ongeveer een halve meter hoger liggen dan die van het voorhuis. Ook hier zijn de middeleeuwse balklagen bewaard gebleven.

Description
Medieval "complex" house of modest size, consisting of a front and rear house with two storeys and a roof truss structure. The rear house has a cellar.
The area around Springweg originally had a prestigious character. This allure was lost, after which it was marked by a modest character for a long time. Visscherssteeg 11/13 still belongs to the period of the allure.
The front house is three bays wide with medieval tie beams and binding joists. Pear-shaped keystone pieces are present both on the ground floor and on the upper storey. An exception to this is formed by the keystone pieces on the front of the upper storey which were replaced around 1600. Slightly offset in relation to the front house stands the two bays deep rear house. This part is undercellared, as a result of which the floors lie approximately half a metre higher than those of the front house. Here too the medieval beam layers have been preserved.
The gabled roofs, with medieval rafters, are set between stepped gables.
The plastered front facade has a layout that is no longer original, which is a result of the division into two or more dwellings. The windows in the front facade are 19th century.
