In opzet groot 17e eeuws HUIS, daterend uit de jaren direct na de aanleg van de Ridderschapstraat, in 1663 - 1664, bestaande uit twee bouwlagen met kap loodrecht op de straat en een kelder.
Het 17e eeuwse huis is deels gaaf bewaard; het casco en de kap.
Het huis is vergelijkbaar met de panden Ridderschapstraat 10 en 14.
De voorgevel is ingrijpend gewijzigd.
Het pand is van architectonisch belang.

A large 17th century HOUSE in layout, dating from the years immediately after the laying out of Ridderschapstraat, in 1663 - 1664, consisting of two storeys with roof perpendicular to the street and a cellar.
The 17th century house is partly well preserved; the shell and the roof.
The house is comparable with the properties Ridderschapstraat 10 and 14.
The front facade has been extensively altered.
