Omschrijving
In opzet groot 17e eeuws huis, daterend uit de jaren direct na de aanleg van de Ridderschapstraat, in 1663 - 1664, bestaande uit twee bouwlagen met kap loodrecht op de straat en een kelder met tongewelf.
Het 17e eeuwse huis is grotendeels gaaf bewaard; het casco, de indeling en de kap. Op de verdieping zijn de moer- en kinderbalken nog aanwezig en de spiltrap over beide verdiepingen.
Onder het achterste deel bevindt zich een souterrain met daarin de keuken en erboven de opkamer. Het huis is vergelijkbaar met Ridderschapstraat 12 en 14.
In de 19e eeuw zijn de vensters gewijzigd.
Het pand is van architectonisch belang.

Description
A large 17th century house in layout, dating from the years immediately after the laying out of Ridderschapstraat, in 1663 - 1664, consisting of two storeys with roof perpendicular to the street and a cellar with barrel vault.
The 17th century house is largely well preserved; the shell, the interior layout and the roof. On the upper floor the main and secondary beams are still present and the spiral stair over both storeys.
Beneath the rear part is a basement with kitchen and above it the upper room. The house is comparable with Ridderschapstraat 12 and 14.
In the 19th century the windows were altered.
The property is of architectural importance.
