Omschrijving
Middeleeuws huis met 19e eeuwse gevel, bestaande uit drie bouwlagen een mansardekap met voorschild, een kelder en een werfkelder.
Het huis is voor wat betreft de moer- en kinderbalklagen met gotische sleutelstukken op de beganegrond, de zijgevels en de kelders middeleeuws.
In de 18e eeuw is de 17e eeuwse klokgevel verbouwd tot lijstgevel, welke rond 1880 geheel werd vervangen. Hierbij werd echter de onderpui uit het begin van de 19e eeuw gespaard. Bij de verbouwing van circa 1880 is de bovenste verdieping verhoogd en de kap vervangen.
Het pand is van belang als eenvoudige middeleeuwse grachtwoning.

Description
Medieval house with 19th century facade, consisting of three storeys a mansard roof with front hipped roof, a cellar and a yard cellar.
The house is, as regards the main and subsidiary beam layers with gothic keystones on the ground floor, the side facades and the cellars, medieval.
In the 18th century the 17th century bell gable was converted to a cornice-topped facade, which around 1880 was entirely replaced. However, the shop front from the beginning of the 19th century was spared. With the renovation of circa 1880 the top storey was raised and the roof replaced.
The building is of importance as a simple medieval canal house.
