Omschrijving
Een vroeg 17e eeuws huis van drie bouwlagen, een schilddak evenwijdig aan de straat en een kelder.
Dit pand heeft een vrijwel volledig eind 16e- of begin 17e eeuws casco met moer- en kinderbalklagen met sleutelstukken. De kap is in de 19e eeuw vervangen, met behoud van een enkel onderdeel. De voorgevel is in de 18e eeuw gewijzigd, waarbij ook de zolder vensters kreeg. De onderpui is in de 19e eeuw vervangen door een fraaie houten winkelpui.
De kelder, met tamelijk goede lichtinval, kan als woonkelder gediend hebben.
Het pand is van belang als eenvoudig 17e eeuws woonhuis en daarnaast vanwege de houten 19e eeuwse winkelpui.

Description
An early 17th century house of three storeys, a hipped roof parallel to the street and a cellar.
This property has an almost complete late 16th or early 17th century shell with mother and daughter beam layers with keystones. The roof truss was replaced in the 19th century, with retention of a single component. The front facade was modified in the 18th century, at which time the attic windows were also installed. The ground floor shop-front was replaced in the 19th century by a fine wooden shop-front.
The cellar, with reasonably good natural light, may have served as a residential cellar.
The property is important as a simple 17th century dwelling house and furthermore for its wooden 19th century shop-front.
