Een 18e eeuws pand bestaande uit twee lagen, een schilddak met de nok loodrecht op de straat en een kelder.
Een volledig gaaf, buiten de stadsgrachten gelegen, statig huis, oorspronkelijk de afsluiting van een rij huizen. Bij infrastructurele reconstructiewerkzaamheden is het een alleenstaand huis geworden.
Het gehele pand is van belang, met name de oorspronkelijke binnenluiken, de kap en de voorgevel.

Description
An 18th century building consisting of two storeys, a hipped roof with the ridge perpendicular to the street and a cellar.
A completely well-preserved, situated outside the city canals, stately house, originally the end of a row of houses. During infrastructure reconstruction work it became an isolated house.
The entire building is important, particularly the original interior shutters, the roof and the front facade.
