Oorspronkelijk 17e eeuws pand, thans bestaande uit drie bouwlagen en kap, loodrecht op de straat.
Het casco, inclusief voorgevel, is grotendeels nog 17e eeuws. Het jaartal in de puibalk, 1644, herinnert aan de verbreding van de Haverstraat in dat jaar.
In de 19e eeuw is het pand met een verdieping verhoogd en werd de voorgevel gepleisterd.
Bij de laatste restauratie is van deze 19e eeuwse situatie uitgegaan.
Het pand is van belang vanwege de samenhang van bouwhistorische elementen en van architectonisch en historisch belang.

Description
Originally 17th century building, now consisting of three storeys and roof truss structure, perpendicular to the street.
The casco, including front facade, is largely still 17th century. The year date in the shop front beam, 1644, recalls the widening of the Haverstraat in that year.
In the 19th century the building was raised with a storey and the front facade was plastered.
At the last restoration this 19th century situation was used as the basis.
