Omschrijving
Samenstel van minstens twee en mogelijk drie huizen bestaand uit een huis aan de Springweg van twee bouwlagen met de kap evenwijdig aan de straat, dwars hierop, aan de Zwaansteeg, een middeleeuwse "camer"-woning bestaande uit een laag met een kap en een (achter)huis bestaande uit twee bouwlagen met kap.
Het huis aan de Springweg dateert uit de 18e eeuw en is mogelijk al ouder.
Het zadeldak staat tussen twee topgevels. Ook uit de 18e eeuw dateert het (achter)huis. De "camer"woning is van middeleeuwse oorsprong en sluit aan op een rij van andere camerwoningen in de Zwaansteeg.
De panden zijn van bouwhistorisch belang.

The house on the Springweg dates from the 18th century and may be older.
The gabled roof stands between two gable ends. The (rear) house also dates from the 18th century. The "camer" dwelling is of medieval origin and adjoins a row of other camer dwellings in the Zwaansteeg.
The properties are of building-historical importance.
