Omschrijving
17e eeuws pand, waarschijnlijk van oudere oorsprong, met lijstgevel, bestaande uit drie bouwlagen en een kelder en een kap evenwijdig aan de straat.
Een in de Haverstraat opvallend pand vanwege zijn brede opzet en de kap die evenwijdig aan de straat loopt. Deze opzet gaat waarschijnlijk terug op een middeleeuwse oorsprong van het huis. Hierop wijzen ook de straatkelders die na de verbreding van de Haverstraat ontstaan zijn. Bij deze verbreding in 1644 is het pand grotendeels vernieuwd en deze 17e eeuwse opzet heeft het huis voor een groot deel nu nog. Onder andere in de samengestelde balklagen met sleutel-stukken en in een spiltrap met ingesneden leuning, gelegen in een aanbouw achter het huis met een, mogelijk van oorsprong, traptorenachtig karakter.
Het pand is van bouwhistorisch belang en bepalend voor het historisch straatkarakter.

17th-century building, probably of older origin, with cornice-topped facade, consisting of three storeys and a cellar and a roof parallel to the street.
A notable building in the Haverstraat because of its broad design and the roof running parallel to the street. This design probably dates back to a medieval origin of the house. This is also indicated by the street-level cellars that arose after the widening of the Haverstraat. With this widening in 1644 the building was largely renewed and this 17th-century design the house largely retains to this day. Among other things in the composite beam layers with key-pieces and in a spiral staircase with incised banister, located in an extension behind the house with a, possibly originally, staircase-tower-like character.
The building is of architectural-historical importance and determining for the historic street character.
