Omschrijving
BOERDERIJ uit de tweede helft van de 17e eeuw, bestaande uit een bouwlaag met kap loodrecht op de straat. Direct aan de achtergevel is de schuur gebouwd, eveneens bestaande uit een bouwlaag en een kap loodrecht op de straat.
De boerderij heeft aan de voor en achterzijde ongepleisterde topgevels met vlechtingen waartussen een hoog met pannen gedekt zadeldak. De schuur vertoont deze zelfde opbouw, maar is iets lager. De boerderij is gelegen aan de Minstroom, in een voormalig warmoezeniersgebied dat in de 19e eeuw is verstedelijkt.
De boerderij en de schuur zijn van bouwhistorisch belang als voorbeeld van een 17e eeuwse boerderij. Tevens van historisch belang in verband met de ontwikkeling van het Minstroomgebied en markant gelegen.

Description
FARMHOUSE from the second half of the 17th century, consisting of a storey with roof perpendicular to the street. Directly adjoining the rear facade is the barn, also consisting of a storey and a roof perpendicular to the street.
The farmhouse has unplastered stepped gables on the front and rear sides with basketwork between which a high roof covered with tiles and gabled. The barn shows the same construction, but is slightly lower. The farmhouse is located on the Minstroom, in a former kitchen-garden area that was urbanized in the 19th century.
The farmhouse and the barn are of architectural-historical importance as an example of a 17th-century farmhouse. Also of historical importance in connection with the development of the Minstroom area and markedly located.
