Omschrijving
Boerderij, bestaande uit een bouwlaag, een kelder en een kap met aan de voor- en achterzijde een wolfseind, loodrecht op de straat.
Het betreft hier een boerderij uit de tweede helft van de 18e eeuw. De structuur van het pand bleef in hoofdlijnen bewaard, met onder andere een kelder, opkamer en de zeer hoge kap met grenen spanten. De voor en achtergevel zijn ongepleisterde topgevels met vlechtingen. De kap is met pannen gedekt.
De boerderij is gelegen aan de Minstroom, in een voormalig warmoezeniersgebied dat in de 18e eeuw is verstedelijkt.
De boerderij is van bouwhistorisch belang als voorbeeld van een 18e eeuwse boerderij en tevens van belang voor de historische structuur van het Minstroomgebied en markant gelegen.

Description
Farmhouse, consisting of one storey, a cellar and a roof truss structure with a half-hipped roof on the front and rear sides, perpendicular to the street.
This is a farmhouse from the second half of the 18th century. The structure of the building was largely preserved, including a cellar, upper room and the very high roof truss with pine rafters. The front and rear facades are unplastered stepped gables with timber-framing. The roof is covered with tiles.
The farmhouse is located on the Minstroom, in a former market-gardening area that was urbanized in the 18th century.
The farmhouse is of architectural-historical importance as an example of an 18th-century farmhouse and is also important for the historical structure of the Minstroom area and is prominently located.
