Omschrijving
In wezen middeleeuws hoekpand bestaande uit twee bouwlagen een kelder en een kap loodrecht op de Twijnstraat.
Het oorspronkelijke huis is een ongeveer vierkant pand gelegen op de hoek van de Twijnstraat. Het bevat nog deels de middeleeuwse constructie. Dit is later samengevoegd met een aan de linkerzijde gelegen middeleeuws eenlaagshuis, wat in de 17e eeuw is opgetrokken tot de hoogte van het grotere huis. Over beide delen loopt een zadeldak met aan de Twijnstraatzijde een schild.
De voorgevel is gepleisterd en bevat op de verdieping 19e eeuwse schuiframen. Op de beganegrond is een doorlopend moderne winkelpui. De gevel aan de Twijnstraat is een 18e eeuwse lijstgevel met eveneens 19e eeuwse schuiframen.

Description
Essentially a medieval corner property consisting of two storeys, a cellar and a roof truss structure perpendicular to the Twijnstraat.
The original house is an approximately square property located at the corner of the Twijnstraat. It still partly contains medieval construction. This was later joined with a medieval single-storey house located on the left side, which in the 17th century was raised to the height of the larger house. Over both parts runs a gabled roof with a hipped roof on the Twijnstraat side.
The front facade is plastered and contains 19th century sash windows on the first floor. On the ground floor is a continuous modern shop front. The facade facing the Twijnstraat is an 18th century cornice-topped facade with likewise 19th century sash windows.
The property is of importance in terms of building history in the development of the buildings on the water side of the Twijnstraat.
