Omschrijving
Vroeg 19e eeuws boerderij van het T-huis type, bestaande uit een eenlaags woonhuis, een deel, twee stenen schuren en een houten schuur.
Langs de Hogenoord ontstond al in de middeleeuwen lintbebouwing, veelal wisselende functies bevattend.
Hogenoord 8, 8A en 9 is een voorbeeld van de kleinschalige agrarische bebouwing langs de rivier de Vecht. Het voorhuis bestaat uit een opkamer, waaronder een kelder, en een zijkamer. De kap loopt over de deel door.
De frontgevel is in de 19e eeuw verbouwd tot een over de volle breedte doorlopende lijstgevel. In de ongepleisterde gevel bevinden zich de oorspronkelijke schuifvensters. De linker twee ramen missen de roedeverdeling.
De constructie van het gebouw is vrijwel intact.

Early 19th-century farmhouse of the T-house type, consisting of a single-storey residential house, a section, two stone barns and a wooden barn.
Along the Hogenoord, linear development arose as early as the Middle Ages, often containing various functions.
Hogenoord 8, 8A and 9 is an example of small-scale agricultural buildings along the River Vecht. The front house consists of a chamber with a room above, with a cellar underneath, and a side room. The roof runs over the section through.
The front gable was rebuilt in the 19th century into a cornice-topped facade running the full width. In the unplastered gable are the original sash windows. The left two windows lack the glazing bars.
The construction of the building is virtually intact.
The plot with outbuildings is of historical importance in the development outside the city in relation to the city.
