DUIKER, KANAAL EN AQUADUCT.
Een even ten zuiden van de voormalige zaagmolen gebouwde bij de kademuren aanliggende duiker en een hierachter aangelegd rode bakstenen deels bepleisterd kanaal, dat in een ruime curve, deels ondergronds over het erf van de voormalige zaagmolen voert en via een over de Voer gebouwd eenbogig in rode baksteen opgetrokken deel bepleisterd aquaduct het water door een aan de oostzijde van de berceau bevindende sloot in de richting van Kasteel Eijsden transporteert.
Duiker, kanaal en aquaduct zijn in de jaren '60 van de 19e eeuw gerealiseerd door Richard Lamarche, toenmalige eigenaar van Kasteel Eijsden, opdat de waterstand van de slotgracht op peil gehouden kon blijven.

Description
CULVERT, CANAL AND AQUEDUCT.
A culvert built just south of the former saw mill adjoining the quay walls and a red brick canal partly rendered built behind it, which runs in a broad curve, partly underground over the grounds of the former saw mill and via a single-span arched red brick rendered aqueduct built over the Voer transports the water through a ditch situated on the east side of the barrel-vault in the direction of Eijsden Castle.
Culvert, canal and aqueduct were realized in the 1860s by Richard Lamarche, then owner of Eijsden Castle, so that the water level of the castle moat could be maintained.
