KADEMUREN BIJ VOORMALIGE ZAAGMOLEN.
Deels in baksteen en in mergelsteen uitgevoerde tegenover elkaar liggende kademuren, die de stroom van de Voer ten behoeve van de zaagindustrie reguleerden. In verband met de optimalisering van het verval en de stuwkracht van het water volgen de muren een typisch verloop in rechte en in schuine hoeken. De muren die uit ca. 1900 en van oudere datum dateren, werden in 1979-1980 gerestaureerd.

Description
QUAY WALLS AT FORMER SAW MILL.
Quay walls constructed partly in brick and in marl stone, facing each other, which regulated the flow of the Voer for the benefit of the saw mill industry. In connection with the optimization of the gradient and the water pressure the walls follow a typical course in straight and slanting angles. The walls which date from circa 1900 and from an earlier date were restored in 1979-1980.
