BEELDENGROEP.
Hardstenen beeldengroep van drie putti met rozen-guirlandes op eveneens hardstenen monumentale cilindervormige taps toelopende en naar onderen boogsgewijs uitzwenkende sokkel op rechthoekig voetstuk. Op de hoeken van het voetstuk een acanthusblad. De sokkel is omgeven met guirlandes van rozen. Aan de voor(noord-)zijde van de sokkel in Jugendstil-letters:"Les Roses". De putti stellen de kinderen van het echtpaar De Liedekerke de Pailhe - De Geloes voor.
De beeldengroep is in 1914 als geschenk voor de toenmalige eigenaar van Eijsden vervaardigd door de Belgische beeldhouwer Van den Perre, die als refuge tijdens de Eerste Wereldoorlog op Kasteel Eijsden verbleef. De groep, die in de as aan de zuidzijde van de berceau staat geplaatst, vertoont nog sporen van het oorspronkelijke polychroom van okergeel en rood.

Description
STATUE GROUP.
Stone statue group of three putti with rose garlands on likewise stone monumental cylindrical tapered plinth curving outwards toward the bottom on rectangular base. On the corners of the base an acanthus leaf. The plinth is surrounded with rose garlands. On the front (north) side of the plinth in Jugendstil letters: "Les Roses". The putti represent the children of the married couple De Liedekerke de Pailhe - De Geloes.
The statue group was created in 1914 as a gift for the then owner of Eijsden by the Belgian sculptor Van den Perre, who stayed at Kasteel Eijsden as a refuge during the First World War. The group, which is placed in the axis on the south side of the pergola, still shows traces of the original polychrome of ochre yellow and red.
