Inleiding
BOERDERIJCOMPLEX bestaande uit:
- BOERDERIJ gebouwd in ambachtelijk traditionele stijl volgens het hallehuis-type metmiddenlangsdeel. Voorgevel met jaartalanker 1747. Ondanks wijzigingen die gezorgd hebben voor een verschraling van het gebouw, is het gebouw van belang vanwege de hoofdkarakteristieken.
- Scheef achter de boerderij gelegen BIJSCHUUR.
Complex, gebouwd in een ambachtelijk traditionele stijl. Als oudste datum geldt het jaartalankers 1747. Door wijzigingen en aanbouwen is de schuur in gaafheid aangetast; de hoofdvorm blijft van belang.
Omschrijving
- BOERDERIJ bestaande uit een constructie van ankerbalkgebinten en in baksteen opgetrokken gevels, wordt gedekt door een afgewolfd rietdak met gevlochten nok. Woonhuis met een gemetselde gevelopbouw (in na- oorlogse jaren verhoogd) en jaartalanker 1747; opkamervenster en keldervenster. De oostgevel van het woonhuis is van jongere datum. De schuur heeft een constructie van ankerbalkgebinten. Vlechting in de achtergevel; licht getoogde baander met links geplaatste loopdeur met bovenlicht; staldeuren. De zijgevels hebben mestdeuren en halfronde gietijzeren stalvensters.
- Asymmetrische BIJSCHUUR op langgerekte grondslag voorzien van ankerbalkgebinten en gedekt door een afgewolfd rietdak met gevlochten nok. Opbouw deels met een gemetselde basis en voor het overige in hout opgetrokken (deels potdekselwerk) en voorzien van toegangsdeuren.

Het boerderijcomplex is van cultuurhistorisch belang vanwege de afleesbare ontwikkeling van het boerenbedrijf, van architectuurhistorisch belang vanwege de vormgeving, het materiaalgebruik en de typologie. Description
- FARMHOUSE consisting of a structure of tie-beam frames and brick-built gables, covered by a hipped thatch roof with woven ridge. Residential section with a mortared gable structure (heightened in the post-war years) and date anchor 1747; upper room window and cellar window. The east gable of the residential section is of later date. The barn has a structure of tie-beam frames. Wattling in the rear gable; slightly arched baize door with passage door placed on the left with fanlight; stable doors. The side gables have manure doors and half-round cast-iron stable windows.
- Asymmetrical AUXILIARY SHED on an elongated ground plan furnished with tie-beam frames and covered by a hipped thatch roof with woven ridge. Structure partly with a mortared base and for the rest timber-built (partly panel work) and furnished with access doors.
