Inleiding
BOERDERIJCOMPLEX bestaande uit:
- Een in ambachtelijk traditionele stijl gebouwde BOERDERIJ, typologisch behorend tot het hallehuis-type met een middenlangsdeel. Het dwars voorgeplaatste woonhuis verschaft het gebouw een monumentaal karakter. In 1967 is een restauratieplan in uitvoer gebracht in opdracht van mevrouw J. Mulder-van Hees. Het plan was gemaakt door architect T. Sikma uit Nunspeet.
- Scheef achter de boerderij gelegen BIJSCHUUR gebouwd in een ambachtelijk traditionele stijl.

Omschrijving
- BOERDERIJ bestaande uit een dwars voorgeplaatst woonhuis en een achterliggende schuur. Het in baksteen opgetrokken woonhuis is gebaseerd op een rechthoekig grondslag en wordt gedekt door een hoog opgaand schilddak belegd met oud-hollandse pan; vier hoekschoorstenen met kappen; een brede geprofileerde daklijst; staafankers. In de westelijke zijgevel een jaartalanker met 1732. De gevel is asymmetrisch ingedeeld met links drie getoogde 15-ruits schuifvensters, in het midden een dubbele paneeldeur met stolpnaald en bovenlicht voorzien van snijwerk. Rechts twee keldervenster (diefijzers) en daarboven twee 15-ruits schuifvensters. De voorgevel is eveneens asymmetrisch en heeft rechtgesneden 15-ruits schuiframen, keldervensters met diefijzers; dubbele paneeldeur met stolpnaald met een bovenlicht met snijwerk in pilasteromlijsting. Oostelijke zijgevel symmetrisch ingedeeld met centraal een paneeldeur met stolpnaald, bovenlicht met snijwerk en pilasteromlijsting; aan weerskanten twee 15-ruits schuiframen. De schuur bestaat uit een constructie met ankerbalkgebinten, gemetselde gevels en een afgewolfd rietdak. Zijgevels met mestdeuren en (jongere) stalvensters; de achtergevel met jaartalanker 1794 heeft een getoogde baanderdeur met links een loopdeur met 4-ruits bovenlicht en rechts een 4-ruits zijlicht; staldeuren.
- Hoogopgaande asymmetrische BIJSCHUUR op langgerekte grondslag gedekt door een asymmetrisch rieten schilddak met gevlochten nok. Constructie met 4 etage ankerbalkgebinten; op de bovenste ankerbalk een schoorconstructie. Het noordelijke gedeelte heeft ankerbalkgebinten (waarop slieten) met daarop bokgebinten. Dit gedeelte heeft een gemetselde onderbouw. Voor het overige zijn de gevels in hout opgetrokken (deels potdekselwerk) en voorzien van toegangsdeuren en luiken.
- Asymmetrische BIJSCHUUR op langgerekt grondslag voorzien van ankerbalkgebinten en gedekt door een afgewolfd rietdak met gevlochten nok. Opbouw deels met een gemetselde onderbouw. Voor het overige in hout opgetrokken (deels potdekselwerk) en voorzien van toegangsdeuren.
- In baksteen opgetrokken STOOKHUT gebaseerd op een rechthoekig grondslag en gedekt door een schilddak belegd met oud-hollandse pannen (aan de zijde van de boerderij een topgevel). In vergelijking met het gebruikelijke type stookhut is hier een ruimere maatvoering toegepast.
Waardering

The front gable is likewise asymmetrical and has straight-cut 15-pane sash frames, cellar windows with iron bars; double panelled door with latch pin with a fanlight with fretwork in pilaster frame. Eastern side gable symmetrically arranged with centrally a panelled door with latch pin, fanlight with fretwork and pilaster frame; on either side two 15-pane sash frames. The barn consists of a structure with tie-beam frames, mortared gables and a hipped thatch roof. Side gables with manure doors and (later) stable windows; the rear gable with date anchor 1794 has an arched baize door with on the left a passage door with 4-pane fanlight and on the right a 4-pane side light; stable doors.
