Inleiding
BOERDERIJCOMPLEX bestaande uit:
- BOERDERIJ gebouwd in ambachtelijk traditionele stijl volgens het hallehuis-type met middenlangsdeel. In de voorgevel is het jaartalanker 1736 aanwezig. In 1993 is de boerderij met zorg verbouwd tot woonhuis in opdracht van J.R. Stam en uitgevoerd door bouwbedrijf H. Poortman BV uit Veeningen.
- Achter de boerderij gelegen BIJSCHUUR, gebouwd in een ambachtelijk traditionele stijl.
- Naast de boerderij gelegen STOOKHUT, gebouwd in een ambachtelijk traditionele stijl.
Het complex is gebouwd in een ambachtelijk traditionele stijl. De aanleg met keibestrating is van belang.
Omschrijving
- BOERDERIJ bestaande uit een constructie van ankerbalkgebinten en in baksteen opgetrokken gevels, wordt gedekt door een afgewolfd rietdak met gevlochten nok. Het woonhuis heeft een gemetselde gevelopbouw met vlechting in de voorgevel en het jaartalanker 1736; keldervensters; 15-ruits schuiframen; deur met 6-ruits bovenlicht; opkamer met 9-ruits venster. Westelijke gevel met keldervenster; gekoppeld 9-ruits venster, terugliggende entree. Oostelijke gevel met twee 8-ruits schuiframen; twee kleinere 6-ruits ramen en een sprong naar de schuurgevel. Schuurgevels met (tot raam verbouwde) mestdeuren en halfronde gietijzeren stalvensters. Achtergevel met vlechting, rechtgesloten loopdeuren en baander met getoogde bovendorpel met links geplaatste loopdeur met 6-ruits bovenlicht.
- Asymmetrische BIJSCHUUR op langgerekt grondslag met een afgeschuinde hoek voorzien van ankerbalkgebinten en gedekt door een afgewolfd rietdak met gevlochten nok. Opbouw deels met een gemetselde basis, waarin aan noord en noordoostzijde (dicht gezette) ruitvormige vensters, en voor het overige in hout opgetrokken (deels potdekselwerk) en voorzien van toegangsdeuren. In tegenstelling tot de meeste bijschuren zijn de zijgevels hier laag en is de hoofdentree gemaakt als een diepliggende baander.
- Een in baksteen opgetrokken STOOKHUT op rechthoekige grondslag en gedekt door een zadeldak belegd met oud-hollandse pannen. Toegangsdeur in de oostelijke topgevel. In elke zijgevel een 4-ruits raam. Schoorsteen (restant) in de nok.

Description
- FARMHOUSE consisting of a structure of tie-beam frames and brick-built gables, covered by a hipped thatch roof with woven ridge. The residential section has a mortared gable structure with wattling in the front gable and the date anchor 1736; cellar windows; 15-pane sash frames; door with 6-pane fanlight; upper room with 9-pane window. Western gable with cellar window; coupled 9-pane window, recessed entrance. Eastern gable with two 8-pane sash frames; two smaller 6-pane windows and a break to the barn gable. Barn gables with (converted to window) manure doors and half-round cast-iron stable windows. Rear gable with wattling, straight-closing passage doors and baize door with arched upper frame with passage door placed on the left with 6-pane fanlight.
- Asymmetrical AUXILIARY SHED on an elongated ground plan with a chamfered corner furnished with tie-beam frames and covered by a hipped thatch roof with woven ridge. Structure partly with a mortared base, in which on north and north-east sides (infilled) diamond-shaped windows, and for the rest timber-built (partly panel work) and furnished with access doors. In contrast to most auxiliary sheds, the side gables are low here and the main entrance is made as a deep-set baize door.
- A STOVE HUT built in brick on a rectangular ground plan and covered by a gabled roof tiled with old Dutch pantiles. Access door in the eastern gable. In each side gable a 4-pane window. Chimney (remains) in the ridge.
