WONING aan de Bouwdijk in het verlengde van de as van de oprijlaan (op het kadastrale perceel Laren nr. A951), onder met grijze pannen gedekt zadeldak, met ornamentele voorgevelpartij, opgetrokken uit in decoratief verband geplaatste rode en gele baksteen, uit ca. 1900.
Met name de voorgevel speelt in de historische aanleg een belangrijk rol als visueel eindpunt van de oprijlaan. De overige gevels van de woning zijn voor de historische aanleg feitelijk van ondergeschikte betekenis.

Description
DWELLING on the Bouwdijk in the extension of the axis of the drive (on cadastral plot Laren no. A951), under a gabled roof covered with grey tiles, with ornamental front facade section, built from red and yellow brick laid in decorative bond, from circa 1900.
In particular the front facade plays an important role in the historical layout as the visual endpoint of the drive. The remaining facades of the dwelling are in fact of subordinate significance for the historical layout.
