NOORDELIJK BOUWHUIS. De voormalige, een verdieping hoge, met grijze pannen gedekt schilddak overkapte, over de westelijke scheisloot gebouwde tuinmanswoning, even ten noorden van de toegangsbrug gesitueerd. Voor(west-)gevel, aan straatzijde: drie traveeën brede gevel, met in het centrum halfronde dubbele houten deur in Lodewijk XVI-stijl, met aan weerszijden van een door groen geschilderde luiken geflankeerd empire schuifvenster met 6-ruitsindeling; erboven een dakkapel met geprofileerde wangen en koof in Lodewijk XVI-stijl.

Description
NORTHERN OUTBUILDING. The former, one-storey, covered with grey tiles hipped roof, built over the western feeder ditch gardener's cottage, situated just north of the access bridge. Front (west) facade, at street side: three bay-wide facade, with in the centre semi-circular double wooden door in Louis XVI style, with on both sides of an Empire sash window with 6-pane arrangement flanked by green painted shutters; above it a roof dormer with moulded walls and soffit in Louis XVI style.
