ZUIDELIJK BOUWHUIS. Voormalige, een verdieping hoge, deels wit gepleisterde oranjerie en koetshuis, recent tot woning verbouwd,overkapt door een met grijze pannen gedekt mansardedak van recente datum, ter vervanging van een oorspronkelijk, aan de voormalige tuinmanswoning (zie onderdeel 3) identiek schilddak, gebouwd over de westelijke grenssloot, even ten zuiden van de toegangsbrug. Voor(oost-)gevel: centraal aan de gevel een dubbele glazen deur met 6-ruitsindeling, waarboven een bovenlicht met 6-ruitsindeling, met aan weerszijden luiken. Zuidgevel: twee empire- vensters met 6-ruitsindeling, met aan weerszijden luiken.

Description
SOUTHERN OUTBUILDING. Former, one-storey, partly whitewashed orangery and coach house, recently converted to dwelling, covered by a mansard roof covered with grey tiles of recent date, replacing an original, to the former gardener's cottage (see component 3) identical hipped roof, built over the western boundary ditch, just south of the access bridge. Front (east) facade: central to the facade a double glazed door with 6-pane arrangement, above which a fanlight with 6-pane arrangement, with shutters on both sides. South facade: two Empire windows with 6-pane arrangement, with shutters on both sides.
