HISTORISCHE TUIN- EN PARKAANLEG in landschapsstijl van beknopte omvang, die uit de eerste helft van de 19e eeuw dateert, waarvan de ruimtelijke indeling voor een deel wordt bepaald door de laat 17e- of vroeg 18e-eeuwse symmetrische situering van de twee vroeger tot de plaats behoord hebbende bijgebouwen ten opzichte van de as vanaf de ingangspartij van het huis tot de toegangsbrug naar Nieuwerhoek aan de Rijksstraatweg, en door de laat 17e- of vroeg 18e-eeuwse omgrenzing van de plaats door de scheisloot en het jaagpad aan de oostzijde, de gedeeltelijk gedempte scheisloot aan de noordzijde en de Rijksstraatweg aan de westzijde. De twee linden, grenzend aan de zuidzijde van de genoemde as ter hoogte van de toegangsbrug zijn de enige restanten van een formele laat 17e- of vroeg 18e-eeuwse tuinaanleg op Nieuwerhoek. De ontwikkeling van de historische aanleg stabiliseerde zich in de tweede kwart van de 19e eeuw, toen W.B. Pook van Baggen in 1827 de buitenplaats kocht, het oorspronkelijk ten zuiden van Nieuwerhoek gelegen tot de buitenplaats Ruygenhof behorende perceel erbij verwierf, de scheisloot tussen Nieuwerhoek en dit perceel dempte en op het aldus verkregen terrein een parkje in landschapsstijl liet aanleggen. Deze grotendeels bewaard gebleven parkaanleg (kadastraal perceel Loenen nr. B1381) bestaat uit de rond een hartvormig veld aangelegde oprit tussen het huis en de bijgebouwen en een aanleg van slingerpaden met gazon met heesters en aan de zuidzijde met bos, aangekleed met rode beuk, eik, kastanje en linde.

HISTORIC GARDEN AND PARK LAYOUT in landscape style of modest extent, dating from the first half of the 19th century, of which the spatial arrangement is partly determined by the late 17th- or early 18th-century symmetrical positioning of the two outbuildings formerly belonging to the estate in relation to the axis from the entrance section of the house to the access bridge to Nieuwerhoek on the Rijksstraatweg, and by the late 17th- or early 18th-century boundary of the estate by the feeder ditch and the towpath on the east side, the partially filled feeder ditch on the north side and the Rijksstraatweg on the west side. The two lime trees, bordering the south side of the said axis at the level of the access bridge are the only remains of a formal late 17th- or early 18th-century garden layout at Nieuwerhoek. The development of the historic layout stabilized in the second quarter of the 19th century, when W.B. Pook van Baggen purchased the country estate in 1827, acquired the plot originally situated south of Nieuwerhoek belonging to the country estate Ruygenhof, filled in the feeder ditch between Nieuwerhoek and this plot and had a park in landscape style laid out on the land thus acquired. This largely preserved park layout (cadastral plot Loenen no. B1381) consists of the driveway arranged around a heart-shaped field between the house and the outbuildings and a layout of winding paths with lawn with shrubs and on the south side with woodland, adorned with beech, oak, chestnut and lime.
