Omschrijving
WOONHUIS voor de conducteur der artillerie gelegen in het "benedenkamp", met de nok evenwijdig aan de Kon. Julianaweg, schuin tegenover de kampwachterswoning. In 1884 was het uiterlijk gelijk aan de in 1879 gebouwde woning. Gevelafwerking, hoofdvorm en de detaillering maken duidelijk dat de woningen bij elkaar horen.
Bouwmassa van een laag met kap op een rechthoekige plattegrond. Wit gepleisterde gevels van imitatievoegen voorzien, met een zwartgeteerde plint. Het zadeldak is gedekt met keramische o.v.h. pannen in een gesmoorde uitvoering. Voor en achter een dakkapel. Ter hoogte van de dakgoot loopt over de beide topgevels een waterlijst met muizetand. Dit detail is ook te vinden aan het cantinegebouw voor de officieren dat tegelijkertijd gebouwd is. Symmetrische voorgevel met de deur in het midden en ter weerszijden een venster met schuifraam en luiken. De bovendorpels zijn licht gebogen. Op de verdieping een venster met draairaam (indeling 2x3). De rechter zijgevel is ingedeeld met twee vensters met schuifraam en luiken en boven een venster met draairaam (indeling 2x3). Aan de achtergevel is over de helft van de lengte een platte aanbouw gerealiseerd.
De wijzigingen die zijn aangebracht zijn van ondergeschikt belang en hebben geen invloed op het vormbepalende karakter van het gebouw. Description
DWELLING for the artillery conductor located in the "benedenkamp", with the ridge parallel to the Kon. Julianaweg, diagonally opposite the camp keeper's dwelling. The upper sills are slightly curved. In the left side facade a window, identical to those in the front facade, and to the right of it a projecting bay window, probably of later date. On the upper storey a window with casement (layout 2x3). The right side facade is divided with two windows with sash window and shutters and above a window with casement (layout 2x3). On the rear facade a flat extension has been realised over half its length.
