In oorsprong mogelijk 17e eeuwse BOERDERIJ waarvan het smalle, hoge voorhuis nog resteert, destijds behorend tot het kasteel Ter Weer, met later aangebouwd bedrijfsgedeelte. Voorhuis onder hoogopgaand rieten zadeldak tussen puntgevel met vlechtingen en staafankers; rechts onderkelderd, de kelder voorzien van een tongewelf en getoogde vensters met diefijzers; de opkamer bevat in de rechterzijgevel twee twaalfruitsvensters en een T-venster aan de voorzijde; de voorgevel is verder voorzien van schuifvensters zonder roedenverdeling met daarboven ontlastingsboogjes en twee vensters in de top; de linkerzijgevel bevat voorts drie schuifvensters en twee steunberen. Inwendig zware balken met geprofileerde sleutelstukken. Lager aangebouwd gedeelte onder pannen zadeldak met wolfeind aan achterzijde, rechts goot op klossen. Te linkerzijde aangebouwd stookhut onder pannen lessenaarsdak en een houten karnhuis onder pannen tentdak.

Description
Possibly originally 17th-century FARMHOUSE of which the narrow, high front house still remains, formerly belonging to the castle Ter Weer, with a later-added business section. Front house under a high-pitched thatched gabled roof (saddle roof) between a pointed gable with woven lattice and rod anchors; undercellared on the right, the cellar provided with a barrel vault and arched windows with window guards; the upper chamber contains two twelve-pane windows in the right side gable and a T-window on the front; the front gable is further provided with sash windows without glazing bars with relieving arches above them and two windows in the gable top; the left side gable contains furthermore three sash windows and two buttresses. Internally heavy beams with profiled keystones. Lower adjoining section under a hipped tiled gabled roof (saddle roof) with half-hipped roof on the rear, on the right gutter on corbels. On the left side an adjoining stoking house under a tiled catslide roof and a wooden butter churn under a tiled tent roof.
