Voorheen St.Nicolaasgesticht, in de 18e eeuw Remonstrantse, in de 19e eeuw R.K.Kerk. Bakstenen vierkant huis met verdieping en schilddak, eind 18e eeuw. Risalerende voorgevel, getande houten kroonlijst en fronton, waarin gesneden bladkrans in Lodewijk XVI-stijl. Vensters met geprofileerde hardstenen dorpels en 15- en 9-ruitsschuiframen. 4 hardstenen stoeppalen.
