Boerderij van het Langstraatse type, met theekoepel, stenen schuur en koetshuis.
Omschrijving koetshuis Het koetshuis maakt deel uit van een agrarisch complex; het ligt geheel vrij op een terrein dat in de zuidwestelijke hoek, aan de straatzijde, een opvallend parkachtig karakter heeft met hoog opgaand geboomte en een theekoepel. Een monumentale boerderij ligt in de zuidoostelijke hoek en onttrekt het achter gelegen koetshuis grotendeels aan het gezicht. Het koetshuis heeft een rechthoekige plattegrond, telt een begane grond en een (hooi)zolder, is voorzien van een zadeldak gedekt met riet en heeft tuitgevels aan de kopse kanten. Met uitzondering van de zuidgevel is het koetshuis in gele IJsselsteen (staand verband) opgetrokken. In de westgevel bevindt zich een dubbele inrijdeur. De vloer van het koetshuis is met gele IJsselsteen bestraat. Op de begane grond bevinden zich in de zuidoostelijke hoek twee ruimten met tongewelven waarboven een lage tussen-zolderruimte is aangebracht. Via een luikje in de oostgevel zijn deze (opslag)ruimten bereikbaar. De grenehouten sporenkap heeft een jukconstructie met blokkeels.
Waardering koetshuis De monumentale waarden liggen grotendeels besloten in de architectuur (plattegrond, hoofdvorm, indeling, gebruikte bouwmaterialen, metselverband, beperkt aantal geveldoorbrekingen), in de ruimtelijke, ondersteunende functie van het koetshuis binnen het historisch ensemble van agrarische opstallen met een opvallend representatief karakter en in de ouderdom (medio 19e eeuw).

Description of carriage house The carriage house is part of an agricultural complex; it stands completely free on a plot of land that in the southwestern corner, on the street side, has a striking park-like character with tall trees and a tea pavilion. A monumental farmhouse stands in the southeastern corner and largely obscures the carriage house behind it from view. The carriage house has a rectangular groundplan, comprises a ground floor and a (hay) loft, is fitted with a gabled roof thatched with reeds and has spout gables at the gable ends. With the exception of the south gable, the carriage house is built of yellow Ijssel brick (standing bond). In the west gable is a double carriage entrance. The floor of the carriage house is paved with yellow Ijssel brick. On the ground floor are located in the southeastern corner two spaces with barrel vaults above which a low intermediate loft space has been created. Via a hatch in the east gable these (storage) spaces are accessible. The softwood rafter truss has a yoke structure with curved timbers.
