Voormalige werkplaats (eind XIX ?).
Eenvoudige bakstenen gebouw onder met rode pannen belegd zadeldak, waarvan een schild is doorgetrokken.
Verschillendsoortige deur- en vensteropeningen, waaronder 9-ruitsschuifvensters en segmentvormig venster met gietijzeren tracering, 1-steens en 1/2-steens rollaagjes boven deur- en vensteropeningen.
Windveren langs de geveltoppen; staafankers.

Simple brick building under a gabled roof tiled with red tiles, of which a hipped section is carried through.
Various types of door and window openings, including 9-pane sash windows and segmental window with cast-iron tracery, 1-brick and 1/2-brick relieving arches above door and window openings.
Wind braces along the gable tops; wall anchors.
