Eenvoudige koloniewoning (XIX B-eind XIX), opgetrokken uit donkere baksteen en gedekt door met rode pannen belegd zadeldak, twee topschoorstenen.
Windveren en vlechtingen langs de geveltoppen; staafankers. 6- ruitsschuiframen en 4-ruiten in latere aankubbing; twee topgevelvensters en twee deuren met bovenlicht.
Gebouw behorende tot de kolonie-gebouwen van de Maatschappij van Weldadigheid. Simple colony dwelling (second half of 19th century to end of 19th century), built of dark brick and covered by a gabled roof tiled with red tiles, two apex chimneys.
Wind braces and wattle along the gable tops; wall anchors. 6-pane sash windows and 4-pane in later rendered facade; two gable windows and two doors with fanlight.
