Omschrijving
In het laatste kwart van de 19de eeuw gebouwde LOODS van de Rijksbetonningsdienst. Verdiepingloos houten gebouw op rechthoekige plattegrond, opgetrokken op stenen voet en gedekt door een met pannen belegd afgeknot schilddak. De voor- en zijgevels uitgerust met deuren en zesruitsschuiframen. Het gebouw is thans in gebruik als VVV-kantoor en plaatselijk museum, aan welke functies het in- en uitwendig is aangepast. De waarde van dit gebouw ligt met name in de oorspronkelijke functie van loods van de Rijksbetonningsdienst, de karakteristieke ligging aan de (niet van rijkswege beschermde) binnenhaven en de relatie met de overige complex-onderdelen.

Description
Built in the last quarter of the 19th century, a WAREHOUSE of the National Buoying Service. Single-storey wooden building on rectangular floor plan, constructed on stone foundation and covered by a truncated hipped roof with tile covering. The front and side gables equipped with doors and six-pane sash windows. The building is currently in use as a tourist information office and local museum, to which functions it has been adapted internally and externally. The value of this building lies in particular in the original function as a warehouse of the National Buoying Service, the characteristic location on the (not nationally protected) inner harbour and the relationship with the other complex components.
